Privacy Policy
How we handle information when you browse our website, contact our team or request a quotation.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Share only what is needed for your inquiry. You can contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or discuss your privacy choices.
01Who this policy covers
Phyda is the international brand of Chongqing Tengcheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., in Chongqing, China. This policy covers personal information handled through phydatech.com and related inquiry communications with our team.
It applies to visitors, prospective buyers and business contacts. Other websites and communication platforms have their own privacy policies. For questions about our handling of your information, contact sales@phydatech.com.
02Information you provide
When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, country or region, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the contents of your messages. Quotation requests may also include motorcycle models, dimensions, quantities, delivery needs, drawings, photographs and other files you choose to send.
Required form fields help us identify and respond to your request. Without relevant contact or project details, we may be unable to assess it. Please avoid sending identity documents, financial credentials, sensitive personal information or another person's details unless necessary and authorized.
03Website and technical information
Website hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, pages requested and error or security logs. These records support delivery of the website, troubleshooting and protection against misuse.
Cookies or similar technologies may be used by the website infrastructure or embedded services. Browser settings let you block or remove cookies, although some functions may be affected. The factory-location map is provided by Google Maps; loading or using it may send technical information to Google under its own privacy policy.
04How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to questions, review technical requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate samples, support orders and keep relevant business correspondence. Information may also be needed to prevent fraud, resolve issues or meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the activity: steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract; legitimate business interests in managing professional inquiries and protecting our services; legal obligations; or consent where required. Consent to respond to an inquiry is not a subscription to promotional messages.
05Who may receive information
Relevant information may be accessed by our sales, technical and manufacturing teams and by service providers supporting website hosting, email, IT and business administration. Where your project requires it, necessary details may also be shared with manufacturing partners, inspection providers, logistics providers or professional advisers.
Disclosures should be limited to the purpose of the work or to applicable legal requirements. We do not sell inquiry information. If you need a confidentiality agreement for proprietary technical files, please arrange it before submitting them.
06International handling
Phyda works with overseas buyers from China. Information you submit may therefore be accessed or processed in China, and by service providers in other countries. Data protection rules may differ from those in your location.
Where applicable law requires a specific transfer safeguard or consent, the relevant requirement must be met. Contact us if you need details about the handling arrangements for your inquiry before sharing information.
07Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business relationship or order, and for relevant legal, accounting or dispute-resolution needs. Retention depends on whether a project proceeds, the nature of the records and any applicable obligations; there is no single period for every record.
Website form submissions are sent to our inquiry email address. Uploaded quotation attachments are temporarily handled by the website and removed from its upload location after the mail attempt; copies may remain in email or related business records. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Ask us about a suitable sharing method before sending highly confidential files.
08Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to its use, request portability, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or address claims.
Email sales@phydatech.com with your request and enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. You may object to direct marketing at any time and, where applicable, complain to your local data protection authority. You do not need to send identity documents with your initial request.
09Business audience and third-party contacts
This website is intended for professional buyers and business contacts, not children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, please contact us so that we can assess and address the situation.
If you send information about a colleague or customer, make sure you are authorized to do so and share only what is needed for the project. We assess inquiries through business correspondence; the website form does not itself make an automated purchasing or credit decision.
10Updates and getting in touch
We may revise this policy when our website or information-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
For privacy questions or requests, contact sales@phydatech.com. Please identify your company and the relevant inquiry where possible, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
