Manufacturer-backed motorcycle wheel solutions
Our Story

Manufacturing origins since 1985. An international brand built for direct cooperation.

Phyda connects established Chongqing motorcycle-wheel manufacturing with professional overseas buyers.

1985 → Today

From Chongqing Feida to Phyda

The manufacturing business was founded in 1985 and was formerly known as Chongqing Feida. It later developed into Chongqing Tengcheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., building long-term experience around motorcycle spoke rims, wheel hubs and complete spoked-wheel assemblies.

Phyda was created as the company’s international export brand: a focused identity for direct communication with motorcycle manufacturers, assemblers, importers, distributors, private-label brands and replacement-parts businesses overseas.

Our direction is practical—understand the application, confirm the specification, coordinate manufacturing and build dependable long-term supply relationships.

Company Development

Built through focused manufacturing experience

Our development reflects a gradual expansion from component production to coordinated wheel solutions and direct international service.

1

Manufacturing foundation

Operations began in Chongqing in 1985, establishing decades of practical experience in the motorcycle-parts industry.

2

Broader production capability

The manufacturing scope expanded to connect hub die casting, CNC machining, coating and surface finishing, wheel lacing, adjustment, inspection and final assembly.

3

International market experience

Products have reached buyers across Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, Russia, Europe and North America, supporting experience with different applications, market expectations and supply formats.

4

Direct cooperation through Phyda

Phyda gives overseas buyers a direct route to discuss specifications, OEM and ODM development, samples, trial orders, packaging and recurring supply.

What Buyers Can Expect

A manufacturer-backed approach to cooperation

Our role is not simply to quote a wheel from a photograph. We work to clarify what the buyer needs before supply is confirmed.

Direct manufacturing connection

Buyer requirements can be reviewed against the factory’s production scope, technical feasibility and order conditions.

Complete wheel perspective

Rims, hubs, spokes, lacing, adjustment and assembly can be considered as a connected system rather than isolated components.

Application-led communication

Motorcycle model information, drawings, dimensions, samples and target-market requirements are used to reduce assumptions.

Flexible business formats

Cooperation may include component supply, complete wheels, front and rear sets, OEM or ODM development and private-label packaging, subject to confirmation.

International buyer support

Clear inquiry, quotation, sample, inspection and shipment steps help overseas buyers evaluate projects efficiently.

Long-term supply focus

We aim to support repeat business through specification clarity, consistent coordination and responsive communication.

Industry Experience

Experience across products, programs and markets

The factory’s history includes supply work involving Yamaha, Bajaj, AKT, Suzuki and Honda programs, subject to confirmation for each specific project.

Brand context: brand names describe historical manufacturing experience only. They do not imply endorsement, authorization or a current commercial relationship.
