Review technical feasibility
We review the proposed dimensions, materials, mounting interfaces and manufacturing needs. Missing information, potential fitment issues and any tooling requirements are clarified before the project moves forward.
Confirm the quotation
The quotation sets out the agreed product scope, pricing, minimum order quantity and estimated lead time. Sample costs, tooling charges, packaging, payment and delivery terms are identified where applicable.
Develop samples or a trial batch
Samples or an agreed trial batch are prepared to the proposed specification. This gives your team a physical product to assess before approving the design for larger-scale production.
Evaluate and approve the sample
Your team checks fitment, assembly, finish and performance against the agreed acceptance criteria. Any required changes are reviewed, with revised samples or further testing arranged before approval where needed.
Finalize production requirements
Both sides confirm the approved drawing revision or reference sample, order quantity, inspection requirements, packaging and delivery schedule. These agreed details become the reference for the production order.
Begin production
Production proceeds to the approved specification and order scope. Applicable manufacturing and assembly stages are coordinated, with in-process checks focused on the agreed dimensions, finish and assembly requirements.
Complete inspection and arrange shipment
Finished products undergo the agreed final checks before release. Packaging, quantities and shipment documents are confirmed, and dispatch is coordinated according to the agreed payment and delivery terms.
